Bespoke Product Development

The products you use on your hair and skin are as important as good grooming techniques. Carmelo Guastella is passionate about this and having studied widely, can make up his own formulations designed to accommodate the needs of today's well-groomed man.

In 2003 he attended a prestigious one week intensive residential course in cosmetic science organised by the Society of Cosmetic Scientists.

The following year he joined the University of the Arts to study for a degree in cosmetic science. Carmelo attended many postgraduate courses at the International Dermal Institute, covering subjects such as men's skin care, sun damage, and skin ageing.

Carmelo is a firm believer in keeping products as pure as possible and has attended several courses on natural product development. He became an assistant to his course director and has been making his own formulations ever since.

He has now created five variations of his shaving oil, for oily skin, acne-prone, normal, dry, and anti aging or mature skin. Also, if you have sensitive skin Carmelo will make a product with less or no fragrance.
Carmelo can also produce bespoke product formulations on request.
